1. Payment - Payment is due at the time of registration. You may come by the shop, register by phone using a credit card, or mail a check to the shop.

2. Cancellations – Class fees are nonrefundable. Student cancellations made at least 3 days in advance of the first class date may receive store credit, good for three months.

3. Under enrollment – If a class does not reach the minimum enrollment, you will be contacted by the staff at Knit Picky and offered a refund or you may transfer your fee to a different class.

4. Discounts – Class members receive a 10% discount. This discount extends from the date of registration & payment through the last date of class. Workshop discounts are one day only.

5. Class Materials – You will be provided with a list of class materials and possibly homework. It is expected that you will come to class with the necessary supplies and tools. Please visit the shop to purchase supplies prior to the start of your class. We’d be glad to help with anything you need.
