Wet Felted Spring Flower

No knitting skills required! Using both wet felting and needle felting technique, create a spring flower of your own. Can be displayed in a vase, or attached to a pin to be worn as a brooch or attached to a bag. Or create a bouquet full, or enough for a spring wreath. And when summer is over you can use this technique to create poinsettias for the holidays!

Socks on the Magic Loop

Hand-knit socks are popping up everywhere!! The Magic Loop method is a great alternative to Double Pointed Needles. This class is perfect for the knitter new to socks, or to the experienced sock knitter interested in learning the magic loop technique.

This class is designed to follow Knitting Basics. However, it would be a great course for anyone who has made scarves and wants to learn more. We will make a patterned swatch or washcloth that involves various new stitches and pattern interpretation. You will also choose and begin your own knitted project. We will split our time between technique and assistance with your project.
